My tour guide was Michael, and he was fantastic. A thorough knowledge of local Paraty matters, history, architecture and -no less important- local culture and social aspects. I learned a lot in two hours. Fluent (native) english and portuguese spoken too. Michael did his best to provide me with insight in how local things evolved in time, and how Paraty and Brazil were shaped throughout the years, structurally (local architecture), historically and socially. A great tour for smart people who are after some real insight. I highly recommend this tour with no hesitation.
