📃 Description and information of the Cachoeira do Saco Bravo Trail and Costa Verde Beaches
Foot on the Trail!
We will walk along the Cachoeira do Saco Bravo Trail + Costa Verde Beaches.
Certainly, walking is also reconnecting with nature. sounds, smells, wind and in this case, also salt.
Thus, we began our adventure, at Vila Oratório, a place that starts the trail to the stunning, Praia do Sono.
Track level medium / easy, surrounded by Atlantic forest and many stories.
Arriving at Praia do Sono, we head towards a restaurant of a great friend of ours. We leave our backpacks and, as soon as possible, a dip in the sea.
Without a doubt, this dive is almost a must; without pressing anyone, but from the sea, we have a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains.
After the dive, we return to the restaurant to enjoy a juice and a caiçara meal. That for sure and from fresh sea fritters.
Once the energies were restored, we headed towards Praia dos Antigos, an idyllic painting scene.
Former, it does not own houses; without constructions. It really goes back to the time when nature was sovereign.
Plenty of time to relax, bathe in the river or the sea. However, be very careful at sea, this beach is a sea with strong currents.
After this stop, we continue towards the Galhetas waterfall, very close to our final destination of the day, Ponta Negra beach.
Arriving in Ponta Negra, we go straight to the most beautiful chalets in the region, another great friend of ours, with a very well executed service.
Beautiful chalets, delicious breakfast and dinner out of the series.
Time to relax, we went down to the beach, have a beer, a caipirinha and enjoy dinner by the sea. Time to sleep, but don’t forget to check the starry sky of Ponta Negra first, as well, another show!
Good morning, start with a good breakfast!
And thinking about it, our host on this hike, Cachoeira do Saco Bravo Trail + Costa Verde Beaches, knows very well how we will need energy for the hike.
A breakfast, in the middle of a beautiful garden!
The walk to the Saco Bravo waterfall is heavy. Many climbs and descents, but do not be discouraged, however, we have a lot of time and the dip in this waterfall by the sea is worth any effort.
On the return to Ponta Negra beach, we will enjoy one more delicious caiçara meal and we can really eat well, as the return to Vila do Oratório will be done by boat, resting your feet and watching the sea, everything we walk.
